Tony Rudden
Career Timeline:
- 2002 – Joined Ocuco (from Sage)
- 2005 – Lead Vision Express rollout, staff training and onsite installation. 200 locations in 6 months. With an additional 100 locations at a later stage.
- 2010 – Management buyout, Pharmacy business unit, merged with TouchStore
- 2015 – Exit TouchStore, grew to 18 staff, ⅓ of Irish market, €1m revenue
- 2015 – Formed CARAGON, profitable in year 1
- 2016 – Raised € 750k in funding
- 2019 – First client dental sector
- 2023 – 80% of Dental groups using CARAGON, 9 of 10 top groups
- 2023 – Exit: Trade sale to Agilio Software. 6x Revenue, 16x EBITDA
- Agilio were funded by August Equity, now owned by Five Arrows & TA Associates
- 2024 – Founded Parklands Capital

Charles Sharman
Career Timeline:

- 2019 – Qualified as chartered accountant (ICAS)
- 2019 – Assistant Manager at KPMG, notable clients:
- Mercedes Benz UK (all UK entities, including import of vehicles, consumer finance and F1 team)
- Allied Minds plc. (Early stage investor in technology companies)
- 2020 – Joined Roderick's Dental as a Financial Accountant and later promoted to Financial Controller. Circa 100 practices at this time. Roderick's Dental Partners is owned by CapVest
- 2021 – Implemented new systems and processes for dentist pay and accounts payable. Oversee financial DD and integration of acquisitions
- 2022 – Roderick's Dental acquire Dental Partners, group now at 230 practices
- 2024 – Founded Parklands Capital

- 4 Years in Powered Access – Commercial Director to Sales Director in the reverse takeover of the UK’s Largest Provider of Powered Access by Europe’s largest provider
- Founded National Hire Solutions in April 2020 as an online broker providing leads to Plant Hire businesses

- More than 30 years' experience of working within Quality Management Systems across a wide range of industries including,
- Supplying vehicle badges into high end marques such as Aston Martin, Bentley , Mclaren and Lotus.
- Wire Drawing of metal rod in various grades/diameters, supplying marine, aerospace and automotive customers.
- Manufacture and supply of building products, including aerated concrete, extruded parts and clay roof tiles.
- Airline catering/food safety compliance.
- Joined Parklands in August 2025 as the Group Quality Assurance Manager/Quality Manager for Rudd Macnamara Limited.

- Full member of IFSM (MIFSM) and NFRAR registered
- Formed Allied Safety Limited in 2016 working alongside selected associates

- HSE Lead for ESNAAD Speedy – UZ750 offshore oil and gas project - based in Abu Dhabi – 2015-2016
