Its capabilities include multi-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, CAD/CAM programming and up to 5-axis simultaneous machining, enabling WLR to manufacture complex, close-tolerance components across a wide range of materials and applications.

WLR also provides comprehensive inspection and quality control, using CNC coordinate measuring machines (CMM), scanning and CNC vision technology to verify components against demanding dimensional requirements, Laser Scanning and 3D Model scanning capabilities. Full material and component traceability is provided as standard throughout the manufacturing process.

Supporting customers from prototype and product development through to repeat batch manufacture, WLR provides a complete engineering service and can coordinate additional processes, including specialist coatings and treatments.
